Adding card manually during reservation - insufficient funds
Symptoms: Insufficient
funds while adding card manually during reservation *not a swipe*.
Identifying the issue:
-check the frequency of the issue (how
many times per day/week something like this is happening)
-check
logs if those transactions are successful and what is the value of them
-check what kind
of card it is *debit/credit/prepaid*
Cause: There might be no funds available on the customer's card. "Do not honor" error should be visible in this case.
