Couldn't connect to Gateway - "NO POSID CONFIG"

Business system: SEP
Solution: Adyen 

Symptom: Online payment doesn't work. Error message from UI: Couldn't connect to Gateway. Try again.

Identifying the issue: Does configuration is setup correctly in the system? 
The logs with the transaction show us an error: "acqRespText":"NO POSID CONFIG". That means that there was no poscofig file for the POSID that SEP sent to us for the transaction request. Therefore the interface didn’t know where to route the transaction for processing and it failed. 


Resolution: The wrong information was sent from our side for the setup. The config has to be changed and the problem should be resolved.
