Infrasys did not process the payment
Solution: Adyen
Business system: Infrasys
Symptom:
The
payment was sent to the Adyen terminal and paid, Infrasys did not
process/receive/confirm the message back from the terminal that payment was
successful.
Identifying the issue:
In
this case we need to check the logs for the mentioned transaction. If a payment
was initiated by the POS then you must see a log entry at
C:\infrasys\www\hero\tmp\logs
payment_interface_log.log
payment_interface_packet.log
Second option is to verify if you can see the payment made
for the check at:
C:\infrasys\local\hero_pos\logs\202007\17 or C:\infrasys\local\hero_pos\logs\202007\18
Resolution: In case the transaction can’t be found, we need to check if
Device is linked to Infrasys.
